Instructions:
- Contact us personally via Instagram @fredajewellery to discuss your design idea with us.
- After our discussion, please add this product to cart as a deposit and check out as per usual. You may check out together with other products, as the shipping cost for the custom order will be settled after the item has been made. You may request for the custom order to be shipped together with the ready-made order to save on shipping.
- After the item is made, we will notify you of the outstanding payment (including the shipping fee), which is to be transferred via Online Banking before it can be shipped to you.
Disclaimers:
- If the materials required to fulfill your order are in stock, custom designs require 3-5 days to make. Otherwise, they may take 2-3 weeks as we would need to source for the materials.
- Custom orders will only be made after the deposit has been paid.
