Q: What can I expect from handmade jewellery?
A: As our pieces are lovingly crafted by only one person, we try our best to maintain the quality of our products and make them as consistent as possible. However, it's normal for them to have certain inconsistencies in colour, length, and shape in certain pieces.

Q: When will you be restocking?
A: We will restock items based on demand, so there is no guarantee. As our items are made in limited quantities, it's best to purchase the items you want while stocks last.

Q: How often will you be coming up with new designs?
A: FREDA is a passion project, so new designs will be created and made available for purchase whenever we can.

Q: Which charities will you be donating to?
A: As of right now, we will be alternating between Happy Bank Crew and Women's Aid Organisation. If you have any other organisations you are passionate about, feel free to send us a DM on Instagram @fredajewellery.

Q: Can I return/exchange/request for a refund?
A: Please read our Returns and Refund Policy here.

Payment

Q: Do you accept any other forms of payment besides bank transfer (i.e. GrabPay, Paypal)?
A: Unfortunately, not at the moment, but we are definitely looking into it. We thank you for your patience as we try our best to learn and grow.

Q: After placing an order, how long can I wait before I have to make my payment?
A: Unpaid orders will be cancelled after 24 hours.


Shipping

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: We only ship within Malaysia at this time, but we are open to discuss arrangements for international orders with customers if they are willing to cover the cost.

Q: Is your shipping cost more expensive than it was a year ago?
A: Yes, because inflation has caused prices to rise, and therefore we have to accommodate for this.

Q: What happens if I choose the pickup option at checkout?
A: Please contact us via DM @fredajewellery to schedule a date and time for pickup from Hartamas area only. Do not choose this option if you are not able to pick it up from Hartamas. If you wish to change shipping option to postal delivery, this can still be arranged if the customer makes a separate payment for the shipping fee.

Q: Is there an option for same-day delivery?
A: Absolutely! All orders made before 3pm can be arranged for same-day delivery. Just contact us on IG @fredajewellery with your order number after payment so that we can prepare your order. Customers are responsible for Grab and Lalamove arrangements.
