REFUNDS

Customers may request a refund if:

  • Items arrived broken due to mishandling on FREDA Jewellery's part. Damaged items due to courier mishandling (e.g. damaged packaging) are not the responsibility of FREDA Jewellery and are therefore non-refundable.
  • The customer experiences an allergic reaction to the materials used. This is unlikely, as FREDA utilises high-quality lead & nickel free gold plated, stainless steel and rolled gold components, but in the case of exceptions, you may request a refund.

Refunds are not applicable if:

  • Items are claimed to look different from the photographs. As most of FREDA's products are handmade, please expect them to appear slightly different from the product shots.
  • Items are damaged due to courier mishandling.
  • Items begin to wear and tear due to exposure to sweat, perfume and water over time. 

Note: You may request for free repair service for FREDA Jewellery items as long as they are within reason. You may contact us on IG @fredajewellery to discuss the details.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Due to the limited quantity of each product, and for hygiene purposes, all products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. We sincerely hope you understand.
